The ability to post just as anything in the web is really fun and addicting to some. It is just that some are abusing this power to surf the information superhighway. I don't see how Italy has any grounds to prosecute Google Video at all – even if the video was an Italian video in origin. The video in question features a young boy with autism getting harassed and assaulted by bullies – if anything the Italian authorities should be thankful FOR the video, because it would put the offenders straight in jail, no matter how many payday loans were secured for good attorneys. Google pulled the video after it was brought to their attention. What troubles me is that Italy was the country that birthed the Renaissance – a nation with that kind of intellectual legacy should bloody well know that fascism was, is, and always will be a BAD thing.
